Associate Landscape Architect
As a member of the RJM team since its inception, Pamela’s attention to detail and relationship with clients sets the standard for excellence in the office. Earning her degree in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University, Pamela is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and is certified as a Green Associate for LEED.
After 20 years as part of the RJM team, Eric has earned his recent promotion to Principal. Continually delivering projects on time and on budget, Eric’s extensive knowledge in all phases of project evolution make him a leader in the office. A LEED AP, Eric graduated from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.
An invaluable team member, Erik settles for nothing less than perfection on his projects. As a newly minted landscape architect, Erik earned his degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Our in-house IT support, Erik is selfless when it comes to taking on additional assignments.
Keeping RJM organized and on track, Lisa ensures that transactions are processed accurately and on time, coordinating with clients, sub-consultants and vendors. Lisa keeps the office looking sharp attending to any staff needs and creating a festive atmosphere.
As a newly minted graduate of the Cal Poly Pomona Landscape Architecture program, Courtney was eager to join RJM and start her career. Courtney’s adoration for Photoshop and her adaptability to a variety of tasks have made her an invaluable resource to the office.
With broad marketing experience leading development, production, and delivery of branded communications across all channels, Anne brings a “Can Do!” attitude to the proposal process and new projects. Keeping in mind the importance of ensuring consistency across all deliverables, as well as her understanding of RJM’s core values has allowed her to lead the branding of RJM to new heights. Anne earned her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA.
A welcome addition to our staff, Tamara’s exuberance and perceptiveness make her wise beyond her years. Tamara is also a graduate of the Cal Poly Pomona Landscape Architecture program, and a member of the District 10 California Parks and Recreation Society, serving as a Program Committee and Awards Committee member.
As a senior member of the firm with over 20 years in the office, Larry’s design genius has been recognized throughout the state. Larry earned his degree in Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, before joining RJM to share his award-winning design talents, and becoming a LEED AP. His exceptional ability to articulate his ideas with hand sketches and great rapport with contractors allow RJM to benefit from the quality of his work.
Renowned in the design community as an innovator and lifelong student of the profession, Bob epitomizes what a creative, meticulous, family-oriented design firm strives to become. Earning his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Nebraska, and following up with a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Michigan, Bob is licensed to practice Landscape Architecture in Michigan, Washington, and California. With the unique ability and kindhearted demeanor to bring people together to form a cohesive solution to development, Bob is viewed as a leader in creating Community Inspired Spaces.
Zachary is involved in all aspects of the office, from client interaction to technological advancement. Earning dual Bachelor’s degrees in Information Technology and Information Systems Management, before pursuing his Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, Zachary is now a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional in addition to being a Certified Playground Safety Inspector. His unique journey through the ladder rungs of the firm have helped Zachary to develop a strong background in a variety of elements related to the profession.
Tyler is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona and his experience includes custom residential design in Orange County, Arizona, New Mexico and Hawaii. At RJM, Tyler has proven to be extremely knowledgeable in design and analysis, and is actively pursuing his professional license in Landscape Architecture.
As the original hunter/gatherer of the firm, Larry has forged relationships with clients, professionals and community members over the past 30 years that reach beyond the business environment. As a graduate of the Landscape Architecture program at California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, Larry is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, and is licensed to practice in California, Arizona, and Nevada. Targeting projects that advance the firm’s evolution and determined to provide superior service, Larry immerses himself in all aspects to ensure the RJM brand is well represented.
Specializing in recreation master plan research, Kristen has been an instrumental part of the office since 2000. Kristen works diligently on the recreation information and statistics that make our reports second to none.
Craig is a Principal at RJM and has a keen eye for design and a sense of scale that is second to none. Studying Landscape Architecture at California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, Crago has a background in Graphic Design and Construction Management, in addition to being a LEED AP and Certified Arborist. With incredible graphic ability, Craig is able to clearly illustrate to clients the finished product.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Andy has a unique way of blending old techniques with modern design ideas. A graduate from the Landscape Architecture program at Rutgers University in New Jersey, Andy headed West and joined the RJM team after earning his license and becoming a Certified Arborist.
Managing the team with gentle persuasion, Anita makes certain the office is happy and healthy. Anita earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at California State University in Fullerton, before pursuing a MBA at the Marshall School of Business at USC. Influenced by the outreach of our community workshop process, Anita developed an interest in design and received a Regional and Community Planning Certificate.
With a devilish handsomeness, Beau maintains the security of the office. An imposing presence, Beau can ward off unwanted visitors with a look, and yet welcome with a face wash those friends who get close enough. Still turning heads at the Dana Point Harbor, Beau draws attention wherever he goes.
