Working with Lennar Homes and the Southgate Recreation & Park District, this community park is our latest installed project in Northern California. In the newly developed area of the Vineyard Point, a few miles outside downtown Sacramento, this park is a welcomed green space that will serve the public with a host of active amenities.
The park is complete with two full-size soccer fields with Musco sports lighting, two lighted tennis courts, three fenced-in off-leash dog areas, basketball courts, a 10,000 square foot play area, and shaded picnic areas around the site. The park will be fully open to the community in February 2019.
