Planning for future community growth is a sound economic strategy. As communities evolve, so do the recreation patterns. Recreational amenity influences can attract regional attention, potentially boosting local economics and supporting maintenance funding to preserve a high standard of recreation facility care. The City of Laguna Niguel worked with RJM Design Group to establish their first Park Master Plan years ago and again in 2022 to continue to provide recreational excellence to the Laguna Niguel community. Through careful planning based on statistically sound data and geospatial analysis, we were able to implement recommendations for each specific neighborhood region throughout the City.
