Watson Industrial Park in Chino is one of the largest master planned industrial complexes in the United States with 11 large industrial warehouses; built in four phases. The warehouse square footage totals over 5.1M square feet.
The landscape area had to incorporate large basins and bioswales for the water quality laws now in place. Through the use of colorful rock and boulders, corten steel and large detention basins. The landscape fabric designed by RJM Design Group is both aesthetically pleasing and functional using drought tolerant plants, colorful boulders and large specimen trees that also function as native habitat for raptors.
