Disney Way is a primary collector street at the perimeter of the Disneyland resort. All softscape and hardscape improvements must comply with the Anaheim Resort Area Design Guidelines. Streetscape improvements along Disney Way consisted of pedestrian scaled walkways and flowering Tipuana tipu canopy trees.  The pedestrian paving incorporates the resort area standard of diagonal score joints at 42” on center displaying the well planned landscape theme for vehicular and pedestrian passages along the perimeter of the Disneyland Resort Area.
