Ontario Soccer Park
Ontario, CA
Sports Facilities
Ontario Soccer Park consists of two synthetic turf tournament fields, one natural turf tournament field, two adult fields and two practice fields. In between the synthetic turf fields is a pedestrian promenade viewing area along the length of the fields, with shade structures, terraced seating, and an elevated pedestrian concourse with ADA accessible viewing areas. The facility’s central plaza area consists of an ADA compliant central snack bar, restroom and equipment storage facility, with fabric-shaded picnic shelters and tables. The on-site maintenance facility is located in the southwest corner of the park and provides convenient storage and access to the entire site. The two synthetic turf fields utilize tournament level sports field lighting, a cooling system for the synthetic surfacing, and player misting towers. The remainder of the fields have practice-level sports field lighting for night play.
Local youth groups throughout the City of Ontario are never required to pay fees for use of any sport fields within the City limits. However, the facility generates revenues from outside clubs and organizations to assist with the maintenance costs.
