The rehabilitation of the Marguerite Tennis Center created the opportunity to provide significant improvements to this highly successful community asset.  These improvements included the construction of a new 2,100 square foot Tennis Center building that has a unique indoor/outdoor character and is prominently situated within an expansive plaza area overviewing the tennis courts.  This plaza area functions as an extension of the building with its folding doors to create a seamless gathering space that integrates the architecture with the Tennis Center.

In addition, extensive soils import and grading was conducted to provide improved site access and parking capacity.  A new centralized entry plaza was created to serve the Tennis Facilities with the adjacent Aquatic Center.  This entry plaza area will also serve as overflow space to allow vendors/exhibitors an easily accessible area to set up and display their products during special events.

Other improvements include the construction of two (2) new additional tennis courts and improved site access with a beautifully, planted median adjacent to the Casta Del Sol Senior Living Community.
