The JARPD Community Center will be located on a vacant eight acre parcel. It will provide a continuation of the uses at the adjacent Vernola Family Park in Jurupa Valley, Ca. This park expansion is master planned to provide a new 38,000 SF community building, 300 additional parking stalls, playground and other park amenities. This project will serve the residents of Jurupa Valley as well as Eastvale, in Riverside County, California.

The community building will be constructed in phases with four flexible multi purpose rooms, staff offices, catering style kitchen, activity rooms and lobby included in the first phase of development. Future phases will include two, enclosed gymnasiums that will house two regulation sized basketball courts or four cross courts. Volleyball and other interior sports will be included in these gymnasiums.

The Community Center Building will be an iconic image for the community with bold colors, forms and contemporary detailing. A pre-engineered steel frame has been utilized to help save costs as well as other economical materials and detailing will help to stretch the budget for this project.
