Located off “The Old Road” in the Stevenson Ranch area of Valencia County. The Fountains at Stevenson Ranch was developed by a team of consultants working with Fountain Glen Properties. RJM Design Group was the lead landscape architect for the project and was assigned the challenge of creating a fun and exciting residential community that would live up to its name. With a fountain in each courtyard, as well as one at the entry and pool area, there are fountains in view at every turn of the complex. With amenities including a large pool, spa, outdoor fireplace, and shuffleboard court, it’s no wonder the entire complex was sold out in the first six months.
