Long Beach Roundabout

RJM redeveloped the Circle Area that is centrally located in the epicenter of Long Beach. It circulates traffic four ways and adjoins two highways – 19 and Pacific Coast Highway.

Laguna Niguel Bus Shelters

RJM Design Group is currently in the process of developing plans for a series of bus shelters in the City of Laguna Niguel, in cooperation with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA).

I-15 Freeway Landscape Beautification Master Plan

The I-15 Freeway Landscape Beautification Master Plan document will provide aesthetic design guidelines for the enhancement of a portion of this major interstate freeway corridor to create a distinct visual image and character for the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the neighboring cities of Ontario and Fontana.

I-10 Sierra Avenue Interchange

The I-10 – Sierra Avenue Interchange will provide a major gateway and entry opportunity into the City of Fontana. The project’s design is the result of a Design Workshop exercise contacted with the City of Fontana’s Special Project’s Staff.

Disney Way

Disney Way is a primary collector street at the perimeter of the Disneyland resort. All softscape and hardscape improvements must comply with the Anaheim Resort Area Design Guidelines.

Convention Way

Convention Way, located within the Anaheim resort area, links a number of major hotels with the Anaheim Convention Center and a public transportation route to Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure Park.

Bellflower Bus Shelters

After securing a grant for bus shelters from the Federal Transit Authority (FTA), the City contracted RJM to design a prototype shelter to enhance the community’s bus stops.

Antonio Parkway/Santa Margarita Parkway Corridors

Rancho Santa Margarita Landscape and Recreation Corporation (SAMLARC) is a community association which oversees the maintenance of the community property and facilities in the City of Rancho Santa Margarita.

Youth Athletic Park

The Youth Athletic Park provides tremendous recreational opportunities for organized youth sports in the Mission Viejo community.

Woodland Community Sports Park

The design of this site focused upon environmentally sensitive construction techniques and the ability to blend with the area’s natural characteristics.

UC Irvine Anteater Sports Fields

The park includes five soccer fields, four overlay softball fields, one rugby field, six tennis courts, two basketball courts, one roller hockey rink, equipment building and restroom and one concession building. All facilities are lighted.

Santa Clarita Central Park

Phase One of the 30-acre site includes the construction of four community league softball fields, and four soccer/sports fields. Adjacent to these facilities are two restroom/concession buildings, a pedestrian promenade, tot lot, and on-site parking.

Rancho Cucamonga Epicenter

The multi-use sports complex includes a 6,000-seat professional baseball stadium, an elevated pedestrian concourse, three adult league ball fields, adult soccer fields, parking areas, an innovative touch pad field lighting system, and maintenance yard.

Patricia H. Birdsall Sports Park

RJM Design Group facilitated a community design workshop to solicit input and suggestions regarding the amenities to be included in this 43-acre master-planned facility.

Ontario Soccer Park

Ontario Soccer Park consists of two synthetic turf tournament fields, one natural turf tournament field, two adult fields and two practice fields. In between the synthetic turf fields is a pedestrian promenade viewing area along the length of the fields, with shade structures, terraced seating, and an elevated pedestrian concourse with ADA accessible viewing areas.

Mt. San Antonio College

The 25-acre Mt. San Antonio College Athletic Complex is a state-of-the-art sports facility designed for the use of current and future athletes, as well as the enjoyment of the adjacent community.

Marguerite Tennis Center Expansion

The rehabilitation of the Marguerite Tennis Center created the opportunity to provide significant improvements to this highly successful community asset.
